Four photos from each of four listings. Scene, furniture, gym, windows and room-type scores come from the pixels, independent of listing text and manual tags.

Percentages are relative cosine matches within each comparison group, not calibrated probabilities. An outdoor scene can score “unfurnished”; furniture scores are only meaningful for apartment living spaces. Gym interiors are also interiors. Exterior means the camera is outdoors; a view through indoor windows does not make a room an exterior. Room-type percentages compare only the four room types and are meaningful only for residential interiors. A room label needs more than 50% relative match; otherwise the room is uncertain. Kitchen/bathroom matches over 45% are excluded at the default thresholds. Tiled floors occur throughout apartments in Panama and do not establish bathroom use.

Review classifications
Correct confirms the displayed category labels and useful/excluded decision at the current thresholds. Incorrect records a known failure; add the right labels in a note. Reviews save in this browser. Changing thresholds never changes saved reviews.

Reviewed dataset with comment corrections · Classification failures and evaluation. Window notes include closed blinds. Ambiguous room labels remain unresolved. Listing furnishing estimates average useful photo scores, weighted by furnishing lead × interior match × (1 − gym match). Excluded images have zero weight. Estimates update with thresholds; no useful evidence means unconfirmed, not 50%. These visual estimates are not calibrated lease probabilities. Conflicting photos are flagged.

Each image is embedded separately. Compare its normalized vector with the normalized criteria vectors using cosine similarity. For each comparison group, the displayed relative match is softmax(cosine / 0.05). This fixed temperature is a display heuristic, not a fitted probability model. Evidence thresholds were tuned against the 16-image reviewed development sample; relative match percentages remain uncalibrated.
Exterior: An exterior photograph showing an outdoor city skyline, building facades, open sky, sea, roads or outdoor grounds. Only outdoor features are visible.
Interior: An interior photograph of a residential room with an indoor floor, walls and ceiling. An empty or furnished living space. Window glass panes and window frames may be visible inside the room.
Furnished: A furnished apartment room containing movable home furniture such as sofas, beds, dining tables and chairs.
Unfurnished: An empty unfurnished apartment room with bare floors and no movable home furniture. Built-in cabinets and kitchen appliances can remain.
Gym: A fitness gym or workout room with exercise machines, weights, treadmills or workout equipment.
No Gym: An apartment room, building exterior or other scene without gym equipment or exercise machines.
Kitchen: An apartment kitchen with kitchen cabinets, a countertop, a kitchen sink, a stove or refrigerator used for preparing food.
Bathroom: A bathroom identified by bathroom-specific fixtures: a toilet bowl, shower enclosure, shower head, bathtub or bathroom vanity. Bathroom fixtures define the room, not the floor material.
Living Room: An apartment living room or lounge with an open living area, sofas or space for seating. Ceramic tiled floors are common in both furnished and empty residential living rooms in Panama.
Bedroom: An apartment bedroom with a bed, sleeping area or wardrobe space. Ceramic tiled floors are common in furnished bedrooms and empty bedrooms in Panama.
Windows: Visible architectural windows with glass panes and window frames in the photographed room or building.
No Windows: A photographed room or scene without any visible architectural windows, window panes or window frames.
Each criterion vector is generated once, cached separately by model + dimensions + exact prompt text. Adding criteria reuses unchanged prompt vectors. Image vectors are generated once per SHA-256 of the actual JPEG bytes, model and dimensions. Repeated runs reuse these vectors; score changes never require re-embedding the photos.
Missing images and API failures remain visible. Each card links its original image, raw cosine scores and cached vector.
