Access works; complete recovery is not established. Five specific result pages were fetched through Olostep. This report describes returned HTML, not a complete listing collection. The homepage now uses refreshed Olostep results and individual-page checks; see the current snapshot below.

October 12: 58 unique adverts discovered from refreshed general, furnished and El Cangrejo price-filtered result pages. 53 accessible listings shown on home; 5 current adverts disqualified; 0 inaccessible/removed detail pages omitted. Monthly totals remain unknown where utility charges are undisclosed.
How the connection works
- Call Olostep MCP
scrape_websitewith an Encuentra24 URL, HTML output and a 2–3 second render wait. - Olostep returns rendered HTML and page metadata. All five responses report HTTP 200. This differs from our direct Python results request, which returned HTTP 403.
- Save the full tool response, extracted HTML and retrieval timestamp. Parse ordinary listing links and IDs locally; no AI-generated listing extraction is used here.
- Keep credentials outside the website. No Olostep key is shipped to visitors.
The precise upstream request/cache behavior is not exposed by these responses. Retrieval time records when we received content; it does not independently prove origin freshness.

Page 1 and page 2 overlap: 0 IDs. The two unfiltered pages expose 40 unique listing IDs. “Unique links” counts extracted listing links, not confirmed suitable homes.
Pagination
Tested: insert .2 after the category slug: /bienes-raices-alquiler-apartamentos.2/prov-panama-ciudad-de-panama-bella-vista. The page identifies itself as page 2 and returns different IDs.
- Page 2 shows “Mostrando 21 - 20”: its range text is internally inconsistent. Do not use that range as proof of coverage.
- No ordinary next-results-page link was found in the page-1 HTML. Carousel “Ir a página” controls refer to photo slides; they are not result pagination.
- Page 3, last-page behavior, maximum reachable page, alternate sort orders and repeated-page detection remain untested.
- A collector should record IDs per page, retry errors, detect repeated ID sets, and reconcile parent/child searches before reporting coverage.
Filters and facets
- Price verified:
?q=f_price.0-1500. Returned UI says “$0 - $1,500” and the advertised total changes from over 2,500 to over 1,110. This is rent filtering; utilities and fees remain separate. - Neighborhood verified:
prov-panama-ciudad-de-panama-el-cangrejoworks with the same price query. Other location routes below were discovered from portal links, not individually tested. - Furnished category verified:
bienes-raices-alquiler-apartamentos-amuebladosreturns a separate result page. General apartments also include furnished homes; merge and deduplicate both categories. - Visible controls: location, operation, property type, price, bedrooms/bathrooms, more filters and popularity sort. Their additional parameter encodings and option lists have not been established. Do not guess bedroom, balcony or unfurnished parameters.
Discovered location routes
These include nearby areas and portal marketing labels. Presence in this list does not establish membership inside Bella Vista.

Area matching and data problems
- Use the official Bella Vista polygon as geographic reference, plus the neighborhood guide. Portal routes are discovery facets, not geographic truth.
- Parent Bella Vista page exposes El Cangrejo, Obarrio and other neighborhood labels. Search child routes as a cross-check; retain unknown addresses.
- The rejected $650 listing still appears in both unfiltered and price-filtered results. Its “near IPA” photo reference is outside the polygon despite the portal’s Bella Vista label. Persist its ID exclusion: 29744574.
- Unfiltered page 1 includes a $200,000 sale advertisement inside rental results. Classify each listing by transaction type and price before qualification.
- Promoted placement and popularity order can change between requests. A successful page fetch alone does not guarantee stable enumeration.
Next collection steps
- Test price-filtered pagination and end-of-results behavior; discover additional filter options from rendered controls or public client code.
- Enumerate bounded Bella Vista apartment and furnished queries, then cross-check relevant child neighborhoods. Keep per-query counts, duplicate IDs and failures.
- Open individual listings; inspect full photo sets, map evidence, lease terms and monthly costs. Reuse user disqualifications.
- Publish a reviewed snapshot with coverage gaps. Repeat only after the snapshot is useful.
